Wearing multiple hats is not only bad for your business but also your overall well-being. By carrying too much workload you create a bottleneck in your business and put yourself in avoidable stress. Carrying a workload beyond your capabilities results in unhappiness, lack of creativity, and even a sense of panic.
You can prevent this from happening by learning which tasks you can delete, automate, and delegate. There is no shame in asking for help, in fact, it is encouraged! You need to prioritise the tasks that you do best and outsource the rest to an expert.
