After discussion with Kevin, besides collecting data, information from my client; he completed a full application with no supervision: including calculations of Income, Funding, products comparison, email/text messages/ updates with clients. He also assisted with writing Best Interest Duty statement (with my review and approval), submitted AOL and we settled this refinance Home Loan with no problem. With his assistance, allowed me to expand on my commercial transactions and winning new business.
